Eventory qualified for special support from the Japanese government

In order to help SMBs recover from the pandemic’s aftermath, the Japanese government offers financial assistance for companies to improve their internal processes, grow marketing, sales, IT, customer service etc. There is special IT support from the government for companies who want to implement technology that will help them grow in these unusual times. Eventory has been qualified by the Japanese government as such a tool and by that offers a significant amount of financial aid for businesses implementing Eventory in their organization.

About the governmental support

In order to improve the economy while suppressing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the Japanese government is offering special support to help companies, especially SMBs, shift to a post-coronavirus business model that will allow them to recover from the crisis and grow while maintaining a low risk of infection in the operations. This program is directed not only to small and medium businesses, but also to corporations, associations, medical institutions, retailers, manufacturers, universities etc. Priority will be given to supporting the active introduction of IT solutions by companies that are working on non-face-to-face operations that reduce opportunities of infection.

Eventory’s qualification

Thanks to Eventory Japan’s team’s efforts, we have been qualified as the type of technology that contributes to maintaining effective non-face-to-face operations. Eventory falls under the low infection risk type business frame (D type) as a tool that can transform into online and hybrid form not only events but also internal meetings and external projects. After a certain examination the customer may be able to receive a subsidy of 2/3 of the contract’s cost, up to 1.5 million yen.

Together with Openness Co., Ltd., Eventory Japan will provide comprehensive support for subsidy application procedures and tool introduction. Eventory staff will fully support customers in filling out the required documents regarding the grant application, completely free of charge.
