Live Questions in the Eventory Operator – manage all questions from your pocket

Eventory Operator was yet another Eventory tool made to help bustling Event Managers with their work. Now, the ability to manage events on the go expands by Live Questions feature. 

Up until now, the Live Questions feature was available, both for organizer and moderator, via web Eventory platform. Addressing our clients’ requests, in the next step of developing the Eventory Operator, we decided to roll up our sleeves and provide a mobile version of Live Questions. 

Eventory Operator – what was it all about? 

In the creative process of new products and solutions, our priority is our customers’ convenience and needs. That’s why the very first version of the Eventory Operator contained the most needed feature – managing the News messages. In the next update, we added some of the basic functions to manage the whole event without the necessity to log in to the web platform. At this point, our tool allowed organizers to deal with their organization process from the mobile device level. Generally speaking, we provided a new comfortable option to manage events via smartphone, which is way more convenient while being in the middle of the event fuss. 

What’s new? 

The next step for the Eventory Operator is another one of the most requested features to add to the organizers’ application. Live Questions, from the time of its premiere, became one of the most popular features used by organizers to engage attendees in active event participation. Not surprising, given the fact that the function allows easy handling of Q&A sessions via Eventory application in the participant’s hands. From now on, both moderators and organizers will be able to manage Live Questions from their phones and other mobile devices. 

Accessing Live Questions in the Eventory Operator, the organizer is able to manage the feature settings – change the mode for active/non-active, add moderators for particular sessions or choose auto-acceptation of all questions. All this, without a need to open one’s computer, is available close at hand, anytime the organizer needs it (for upcoming, active lectures). 

What is more, moderators can also use Eventory Operator, even without signing up. We added a special option that allows moderators to enter a moderation panel simply by typing in an access code received from the organizers. This way, the moderator can easily switch between lectures and accept or decline questions from the audience on the smartphone (or other mobile devices). 

We believe that adding a mobile version of Live Questions to the Eventory ecosystem of tools will make organizing both small business meetings, as well as big conferences even easier than before. After all, it’s Q&A sessions that can significantly enhance the value of the event and engage its participants. Now, more comfortably, you can give your attendees their voice!
